This 2-hour immersive experience is designed to awaken your senses, ground your spirit, and guide you deep into the heart of Mother Desert herself.

• We begin with a stroll through the desert garden, where the land whispers its wisdom through ancient stones. Along the way, we’ll visit an aviary, home to exotic birds that bring their own unique medicine of song and movement. This gentle walk prepares your body and mind to receive the deeper healing that follows.

• Once at the boulder cave, we will settle into comfortable mats, blankets, and eye covers, creating a cocoon of comfort. You’ll be guided into a drifting meditation, allowing you to fully surrender as the stillness of the cave embraces you.

From here, you have the choice to embark on either:

 

•  A Sound Bath, where harmonic frequencies of crystal and Tibetan bowls, ocean drum, 4-elements Koshi chimes, and other somatic instruments clear stagnant energy and bring deep relaxation.

•  Or a guided Shamanic Journey, taking you into the unseen world of the Animal World to receive wisdom and insight.
