Inspired by ancient Mesoamerican rituals for honoring cycles of time, this ceremony is designed to cleanse emotional and energetic residue from the past year while inviting balance, clarity, and growth. This is your moment to honor yourself—shedding old stories, heavy emotions, and stagnant energy that no longer belong to you.
 

With a blend of traditional energy healing, soothing sound medicine, and Mesoamerican Curanderismo traditions, we’ll work together to clear the path for renewal. You’ll feel held, grounded, and guided as we release the old and invite in fresh energy, clarity, and peace.

 

•  We will create a sacred space to connect with our hearts and invite the guidance of our Sacred Guides and ancestors on this special Journey.

• You’ll receive a traditional Mesoamerican limpia with herbs and smoke, and I’ll use an egg to clear any negative energy you may be carrying.

• Lie back and relax as the soothing vibrations of somatic sound instruments guide you into a meditative state, helping you release, reset, and find balance.

• Afterward, you’ll have time to reflect and journal.

• We’ll finish by creating a sacred fire together, letting it carry away anything you’re ready to release, opening the door to new possibilities.
