Discover the ancient wisdom hidden within the power of animal totems to empower your life in new and exciting ways. Our session begins with a platica to open up and discus your "healing request" with the compassionate spirits and follow with a round of guided shamanic breath. During 20 minutes of shamanic drumming you will travel to the Lower World to connect with your animal spirit guides. During your journey you may explore different landscapes, realms, or symbolic representations that hold personal meaning. After your journey, you will be given time to journal your experience and integrate, share your experience and then I will assist you interpret it. Shamanic journeys can be deeply transformative and provide access to intuitive wisdom, personal growth, and spiritual guidance. They can be used for various purposes, such as seeking answers to specific questions, retrieving lost parts of the self, healing emotional or physical issues, or connecting with higher realms of consciousness.
